Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND)

Greyfriars Catholic School is an inclusive school. 

We welcome pupils of all abilities, and we have high aspirations for them all.

Procedures are in place for identifying and supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs following the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice (2014).

Local support for children and young people with SEND

Oxfordshire’s Local Offer for SEND brings together information about education, health and care services for children and young people from 0 to 25 with SEND.

The Family Information Directory is a great way to find activities and groups for children and young people with SEND.

SENDIASS Oxfordshire offers impartial information, advice and support to parents of children and young people with SEND.

OXME has information on living with SEND including support at college and university, for young people aged 13+.
