Results Days | Frequently Asked Questions
What if I cannot collect my results on results day?
If students are unable to collect their results on the day, please contact the exams officer via email to make alternative arrangements. Students can nominate someone to collect their results, but they will need to give permission in writing and include the name of the person collecting the results. Alternatively, your results can be emailed to you.
What if I think my results are wrong?
If you think there has been an error, you can appeal your exam grade. The first stage of this is a Centre Review of Marking and there may be a fee for this. Staff will be on hand on results day to guide students through this process. Following the links below, students and parents can also access exam board pages with more specific advice about understanding your results and how to appeal a grade:

When do I get my certificates?
Certificates are usually sent to schools around 3 months after results day. These are held in front reception and will be available to collect from the 1st December 2025.
Certificates are very important documents and you may be required to produce them as evidence of your grades for a number of years to come.
Certificates must be collected within 12 months, as schools are not required to keep them after this time. We will ask you to collect your certificates in person or notify us in writing if you wish to nominate someone to collect them on your behalf.
Replacing lost certificates can be a time consuming and expensive process so it is important that these documents are safely stored once they have been collected.
